In March 2020, pine logs in Lithuania were priced at € 56/ m3 (-24% compared to March 2019), spruce logs at € 65 / m3 (-18% yoy) and birch logs at 74 €/m3 (-18% yoy).
Both the prices for softwood and birch pulpwood fell rapidly within a year. In March 2020, the prices for pine pulpwood were € 25/m3 (-50% compared March 2019), for spruce € 24/m3 (-52,9% yoy) and for birch pulpwood at 27 €/m3 (-43% yoy).
On a monthly comparison, prices in March 2020 are more or less stable as compared to February.
